How to Apply to International House Dublin

At IH Dublin, we’ve made the application process as simple and transparent as possible. Whether you’re applying directly as a student or on behalf of someone as an agent, you’ll find everything you need to get started below.

I am a Student

  • Step 1: Choose your course from our Adult English Programme Options.
  • Step 2: Check live pricing and availability via our Online Booking & Quote Tool.
  • Step 3: Fill in your personal and course details.
  • Step 4: Select your accommodation and optional services (if needed).
  • Step 5: Submit your booking and pay the deposit (20%) or full fees to confirm your place.
  • Step 6: Receive invoices, booking confirmation and welcome documents from our admissions team by email.
  • Step 1: Review eligibility for the 25-week programme on our Work and Study page.
  • Step 2: Use our Booking Tool to choose your course and accommodation.
  • Step 3: Submit your booking form and pay your deposit or full fees if you need your Letter of acceptance/Visa Letter.
  • Step 4: Receive your Letter of Acceptance, medical insurance, and Booking Confirmation for visa application (If full payment was received).
If only deposit is paid you will receive the welcome documents, invoice and booking confirmation. The other documents will be issued once full payment is done.
 
  • Step 5: Apply for your visa and send us your passport, visa confirmation and flight details.
  • Step 1: Contact us at enrol@ihdublin.com for the full HSP application pack.
  • Step 2: Complete the application form and include academic transcripts, letters of motivation, and parent consent forms.
  • Step 3: Submit documentation for placement.
  • Step 4: Once approved, receive invoices, booking confirmation and payment instructions.
  • Step 5: Pay the required deposit to secure your place. Full payment is due before arrival.
  • Step 1: Visit our CELTA page and complete the inquiry form to receive the application process by email.
  • Step 2: Submit your application as per instructions.
  • Step 3: Attend a interview with our CELTA tutor (online).
  • Step 4: If accepted, pay your deposit to secure your place.
  • Step 5: Final payment is due prior to the course start date.

I am an Agent

If you are not yet a registered IH Dublin agent and would like to partner with us:

 

  • Step 1: Email us at enrol@ihdublin.com or register your interest via our Agent Portal: https://ihdublin.portal.edvisor.io/en.
  • Step 2: Tell us a bit about your agency, the markets you work with, and your experience in the education sector.
  • Step 3: We will review your application and, if successful at this stage, we will request three references from other schools or partners.
  • Step 4: Upon satisfactory reference checks, we will send you our Agent Agreement, onboarding documents, and schedule a brief training session to introduce our programmes and procedures.
  • Step 5: Once the agreement is signed and onboarding is complete, you will be able to submit student applications directly.

If you’re already an approved agent:

  • Step 1: Submit bookings using our online  Booking Form: https://ihdublin.com/application-form/
  • Step 2: Provide full student details, course selection, accommodation preferences, and start/end dates.
  • Step 3: We will confirm availability and issue an invoice and booking confirmation.
  • Step 4: Once payment is received (as per agreed terms), we will send you the official letter, welcome documents, and any visa-supporting documents required.
